By applying a certain weight, stability as flooring material can be ensured even after cutting into 50cm square tiles. - Maximum width of 2m (cut into 50cm squares in the final process), total thickness of 6-10mm (PVC thickness approximately 4mm). - Track record: Tile carpets for hotels, offices, etc. ■Manufacturing of wide and long rubber-based composite materials with a width of 4m is possible (e.g., composite material roll of 4m width x 30m). ■Manufacturing of wide and long PVC (polyvinyl chloride) composite materials with a width of 2m is possible (e.g., composite material roll of 2m width x 30m). ■Line SP: Manufacturing at a maximum speed of 8m/min (16m²/min) is possible. ■A gel-like PVC (polyvinyl chloride) and composite materials are layered, and the PVC is gelled in a drying oven to form the composite material.
